A Return and Refund policy:
Thank you for shopping with Crafted Designs by Marie. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Exclusions: Custom-ordered, personalized, or sale items are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us, via email, within 3 days with photos for a full refund or replacement.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for returned shipping costs.
